“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.” (Acts 2:42, 47)

As the Church congregation grows each year, there is an urgent need to cater to the needs of the members. The Neighbourhood Bible Community (NBC) is a project used of God to gather saints together to study the Word and to fellowship with one another. The church is a family (Ephesians 2:19), and the NBC ministry serves the important purpose of strengthening the family life of the Church.

a) NBC is Worship. Besides the Sunday Worship, members are encouraged to meet in their nearest localities for a time of worship (Acts 2:46).
b) NBC is Fellowship. Members fellowship one with another, the host providing the refreshments (Acts 2:46; Heb 10:25).
c) NBC is Bible Study. An appointed leader conducts it. Materials are provided for a Bible survey, inductive study or character studies, etc. (Acts 17:11).
d) NBC is Evangelistic. Members are encouraged to bring their non-Christian friends to the meetings (Acts 17:11-12).
