LTF gathers weekly on Saturdays from 3–6pm, with the prayer that our teens may be grounded in God’s Word and strengthened in Christian fellowship.

We thank God for His sustaining grace as we enter into 2026. Lively Teens’ Fellowship (LTF) continues to meet weekly on Saturdays from 3–6pm, with the prayer that our teens may grow in their identity in Christ, be grounded in His Word, and strengthened in Christian fellowship.

Last Quarter Highlights

At the start of the year, our theme for 2026 was introduced: “Stepping Up”—focusing on growth in identity, discipline, relationships, and mission.

In January, we concluded our study of the Sermon on the Mount, encouraging the teens to consider what it means to live out true righteousness before God. This was followed by the start of our Lessons on Assurance (LOA) Bible study series, which seeks to guide the teens in practical Christian living.

We also introduced workshops such as fellowship-building and foundational lessons on accountability, helping the teens to better understand their walk with God not merely as outward duty, but as a personal relationship marked by love, joy, and peace.

In February, messages addressed key areas such as spiritual strongholds of the mind (2 Cor 10:4–5), reminding the teens of the importance of guarding their thoughts according to God’s truth. Time was also set aside during the Chinese New Year period for rest and family.

In March, LTF participated in the Senior Fellowship 25th Anniversary, and held a Discipleship Retreat for Secondary 3 and above teens. This retreat served as a time of deeper reflection and commitment, even as some of our teens also supported the Girls’ Brigade enrolment activities.

Throughout the quarter, messages such as guarding our speech (Prov 16:28; James 4:11) and continued LOA Bible studies reinforced the importance of godly conduct in daily life.

We thank God for the spiritual growth observed among the teens. Many have shown greater initiative in encouraging one another, asking thoughtful questions, and seeking to apply God’s Word more intentionally in their personal lives.

Jan–March 2026 Programmes

Our first quarter focused on “Stepping Up in Identity.” Teens were challenged to examine whether their faith is merely religious formality or a genuine relationship with Christ. Through messages, Bible studies, and workshops, they were guided to understand their identity in Christ and to live consistently with that identity.
A special initiative this year was the introduction of a Monday evening sermon walkthrough (via Teams) for Secondary 1 students and any who desired further clarification of Sunday sermons.

Beginning on 26 January, these short sessions aimed to support younger teens transitioning from Children’s Ministry to the main worship service.

These programmes serve as important platforms for the teens to grow not only in knowledge, but also in conviction and application of God’s Word.

Looking Forward

As we move into the rest of the year, our focus will continue through the remaining themes: Stepping Up in Discipline, Relationships, and Mission. Through Bible studies, workshops, evangelism efforts, and fellowship activities, we pray that the teens will be equipped to live out their faith boldly and faithfully.

Key upcoming highlights include gospel outreach events, workshops on witnessing and lordship, fellowship activities, and our annual LTF camp at the end of the year. These opportunities are intended to help the teens grow in spiritual maturity and develop a burden for the lost.

We are encouraged to see teens stepping up as leaders—forming accountability groups, meeting for devotions, and initiating fellowship activities. Such growth is a testimony of God’s work in their lives.

May we continue to pray that LTF will be a place where teens not only hear God’s Word, but also respond in obedience. As Scripture reminds us, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only” (James 1:22).

Offering for Missions

We thank God that Lifers are very generous in their offerings towards missions. In terms of support, the church gives priority to our fully-supported missionaries and we would like you to be aligned with the church’s position when giving towards missions. Rather than giving offerings that are designated to specific individuals or mission stations, you are encouraged to give to the Missions Fund and let the Missions Committee disburse them as it sees fit. Your understanding on this will facilitate an informed stewardship of resources for the Lord’s work in missions. If you wish to contribute financially to missionaries, please indicate "DO Missions" in the reference field in your e-Offering via the Life Church PayNow QR Code. May the Lord bless your cheerful giving.
